Conference Venue- On-site: Cracow, Poland (the exact conference location will be announced soon...)
- Online: will be through an online platform. The instructions with the link, meeting ID and password shall be sent to the participants before the Conference date.
Conference fees- Participation in the Conference is free of charge for both presenters and participants.
- The registration does not include travel and accommodation expenses.
Important dates- Registration (only for listeners) deadline: 1 September 2026
- Registration for presenters and abstract Submission: 1 September 2026 (all abstracts should be in English)
- Sending presentations and posters: 21 September 2026 (only for accepted papers)
- Conference date: 2 - 4 December 2026
Forms of PresentationsThe papers can be presented in oral and poster sessions. The Scientific Committee holds the right to change the form of presentation submitted by the Authors. Both posters and oral presentations should be prepared in English or Polish (the same as in the application during registration).
- Oral presentation – Participants will be informed about the form at a later date.
- Poster presentation – Participants will be informed about the form at a later date.
AbstractAbstract Submission is needed for oral and poster presentations. Abstracts should be submitted using the template form provided at the link below. The abstract should contain up to 250 words. The abstract should describe the main objective(s) of the study. It should be informative and report the main results and conclusions. One author may submit one abstract. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference proceedings.

Certificate of PresentationThe presenting Author receives a Certificate of Presentation. The Certificate will be sent to the Authors after the Conference via e-mail.
AwardsThere are awards for the presenting Authors:
- Best Oral Presentation,
- Best Poster Presentation.
