Oliver has been secretary general of EurEau, the European federation of water services since 2016. The federation and its 36 member organisations from 31 countries work at all levels to protect our water resources for today and for future generations. He has more than 25 years of experience in European policy making. Oliver received his university degree in Economics at the Berlin School of Economics (Germany) and an MBA in International Business at École des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris, France). He works and lives in Brussels (Belgium).
